Episode Summary

I don't think there is anything wrong with listening to your body and finding a way to satisfy our meal cravings. Yes, it is important that we refrain from overindulging in meals that are bad for our health, but if we really learn to listen to our cravings, then at some point our body should tell us to realign our diets and put down the chocolate cake and take a bite out of that apple. Today, I had a very clear food craving, but I was unable to satisfy my desires. And that left me to well reexamine everything I know about life.
